Winners Announced: SIFI’s 4th Innovation Window Call for Proposals

At Building Bridges 2025, CEO Guillaume Bonnel announced the selected organisations under the SDG Impact Finance Initiative’s fourth Call for Proposals within the Innovation Window.

Six organisations have been chosen for their innovative approaches to addressing economic and social inequalities, with a particular focus on solutions to the local currency challenge in emerging and frontier markets:

Clarmondial AG, Altree Capital, Global Partnerships, Monterey Capital Management, Rift Partners, and Zoscales Partners.

Through grant support, these organisations will design and scale investment vehicles and financial mechanisms that:

• Mitigate exchange rate risks
• Unlock long-term financing for local businesses
• Align funding structures with local economic realities
• Strengthen the role of local actors in advancing the Sustainable Development Goals

The fourth Call focused on solutions aligned with SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities). This Call was made possible thanks to the support of SECO Economic Cooperation and Development, the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation, the Ministry of Finance of Luxembourg, and the UBS Optimus Foundation.

Together, these partnerships contribute to mobilising private capital for sustainable development in emerging and frontier markets.
