Guillaume Bonnel appointed CEO of the SDG Impact Finance Initiative

The Board of the SDG Impact Finance Initiative is pleased to announce the appointment of Guillaume Bonnel as Chief Executive Officer of the SDG Impact Finance Initiative, effective July 17, 2023.

Guillaume brings to this role an extensive background in impact investing and first-hand experience working in developing countries. He joins the Initiative from the banking sector where he spent several years developing impact investing products and strategies, at Credit Suisse, Lombard Odier, and BNP Paribas. He also worked with humanitarian organizations, including Médecins Sans Frontières, in Cameroon and Nicaragua, and amassed further experience working in other emerging markets. His long-standing commitment to impact and sustainability coupled with his financial expertise and experience in developing countries, make him uniquely qualified for the role.

After an extensive and thorough search, the Board is pleased to welcome Guillaume to the team and looks forward to working with him to further develop and scale the SDG Impact Finance Initiative.
